Our old deck was in pretty bad shape and we had been putting it off for a while. With the weather here in MA, it just kept getting worse every year, and honestly we didn’t feel too comfortable using it anymore. We ended up hiring Jonathan and his team to take the old deck down and build a new one. The whole process went better than I expected. Jonathan answered the questions we had, explained what needed to be done, and kept us updated while the work was going on. They showed up when they said they would, which I really appreciated because that has not always been my experience with contractors. The new deck feels strong, looks clean, and made the back of the house look so much better. It was a big project for us, and I’m glad we finally did it. I didn’t want to remodel my whole kitchen, I just wanted to make it look nicer without doing something too big. JM All-Pro Services installed a backsplash for me and also fixed a few cabinet doors that had been bothering me for a while. The change was honestly bigger than I expected. We first thought the damage was only in one small area, but once the work started, more wood rot was found. Everything was explained before any extra repairs were done, and we received photos showing what was damaged and what needed to be replaced. Communication was easy throughout the project, and the updates helped us understand what was going on. We were already in the middle of a remodel and just needed a small repair done. One closet door wasnt closing right and part of the wall frame needed to be fixed too. They came out pretty quick and got both things done in the same visit. It wasnt a big job, but it was nice to just have it fixed and not have to keep dealing with it. We hired them to paint the inside of our home, mainly the living room, hallway and two bedrooms. They arrived on time and made sure the furniture and floors were properly covered before starting, which I really appreciated.
